Request for Qualifications from Consulting Companies

 The Arctic Energy Alliance facilitates the adoption of energy efficient and renewable energy practices. It does this by delivering a variety of programs to clients throughout the Northwest Territories.  The purpose of this request for qualifications is to determine if there are consulting companies that would be interested in partnering with the Arctic Energy Alliance on a project specific basis; and, willing to be placed on a list of service providers that would be made available to the public and prospective clients for their consideration.

Energy Efficiency and Alternative Energy Experience

1. Energy auditing and evaluation of commercial and industrial facilities.
2. Alternative heat and power generation, co-generation and/or combined heat and power feasibility analysis and engineering;
   1. Experience in developing feasibility studies, engineering studies and/or business plans for biomass and bioenergy development;
   2. Experience working with local governments and First Nations to conduct pre-feasibility and feasibility analysis of biomass or bioenergy development.
3. Energy monitoring services.
