Outboard Motors
Boats are a big part of life in the Northwest Territories. If you are still using an older two-stroke engine it's time to switch to a cleaner, quieter and more energy efficient outboard motor. Outboard motors are eligible if they are certified with three or four stars by the California Air Resources Board (CARB).
