Nominations for the 2012 Energy Action Awards is ongoing!
Nomination forms can be faxed to 867-873-0303 or mailed to the Arctic Energy Alliance at 101 - 5102 51stStreet, Yellowknife NT X1A 1S7. Nomination forms can also be dropped off at our Yellowknife, Inuvik, Fort Simpson and Norman Wells offices.
Nominations can also be scanned and sent by e-mail to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
The 2012 Nomination Form can be printed and filled in by hand, or you can complete the form on screen and then print a copy. However, any changes you make to the document cannot be saved. If you fill in the form and then "Save" – you will end up with a blank document and your changes will not be saved.
Please include as much information as possible in your nomination form to help our panel of judges make their selections. Digital photos of the nominees are also greatly appreciated!
